Cavendish Lettings Ltd, run by Ali Baylav, walked away with the Innovation Award at the prestigious ActionCOACH Business Awards Dinner 2009.

 

Ali received the recognition at the annual event which was held at The Belfry near Birmingham, by ActionCOACH, the world’s number one business coaching company.

 

Cavendish Lettings, based in Nottingham, is a worldwide property letting agency.

 

Since working with an ActionCOACH Business Coach, Cavendish Lettings has increased revenues by 300%, and doubled the number of properties on its books. Uniquely, they decided to relocate to prominent offices with a key strategic partner, and it’s this move that has helped them to generate more interest.

 

“I am absolutely delighted,” said Ali, “By working with Jas Darar, my ActionCOACH Business Coach, I have been able to introduce systems that have had a profound effect on how we have positioned ourselves in the letting market whilst also increasing our revenue and profit.”
