Authority for Appliance and Boiler Insurance (additional 2% to Management Fee) Cavendish Lettings can cover any repairs to the Landlord’s boiler, oven, extractor, washing machine, tumble dryer and
dishwasher to include any labour/call outs and parts required. An irreparable boiler or appliance will not be replaced as part of this insurance policy.
Authority for Rent Guarantee Insurance (additional 2% to Management Fee) Should the Tenant default on their monthly rental payment, Cavendish Lettings will be liable to pay the rent to the Landlord in full on a monthly basis until vacant possession has been obtained. Cavendish Lettings will also be liable for any court fees
incurred in obtaining vacant possession of the property.
